I see a lot of people washing/rinsing dogs off in the big park making it very muddy.
Could we get a sign up on the fence/gate "water fountain, or bulletin board on not washing off dogs?

At the meeting, it was decided a Notice would be put on the Bulletin board asking people NOT to hose their dogs off around the water fountains.
