Well Dave,
I heard from someone on the board at BP that due to the owners of the "big" dogs not cleaning up after their animals, the state could come in and close BP down. I also heard that there had been soil samples taken. Is this true?
I wrote a letter to the editor at the capital journal about how "we" love our park and wished that owners would help take care of it better and follow all local and state laws. It hasn't been publish, however, it the above information is correct, why can't the paper do a story about what could happen if people don't start picking up after their dogs?
I did say this, I maybe mistaken, but I'm sure it was discussed at the General Meeting on March 14th. I didn't say that samples HAD been taken (or at least that is not what I meant), I have a terrible cold so that may of "fogged" me and I wasn't expressing myself well.
If I did mis-speak I sure didn't mean too, But again this cold has been a killer, and apologize if I did. I will check the meeting minutes when I get them.
